Need to know if a glass of copper I have is an old, old .... HELP?
The grandmother of my husband noticed that I could collect copper and gave me a copper coin cup. It's very simple, no registration, no drawings, just the letter "D" printed on the bottom of it. He is now deceased and her daughter said she thought that the cup is a Christmas present, He gave an early age. We're talking about late 1800 early 1900 because she was born in the late 1800s .. I wonder which is the source and the approximate year, and that the cup is much more interesting if you can attach a story to him. I have several antique copper coins, but if it is actually as old as the aunt of my husband ... to him becoming one of my favorite passages quickly!
